The Thornhill Inn

The pub venue of the Thornhill Inn originated in 1700 and has always been seen as the local pub. The original sand stone walls are exposed and the entire pub has a solid oak floor with original reconditioned features like shotters, coving, fireplaces and doors.

The Elmarglen Hotel

The Elmarglen Hotel was built in 1796 and was a temperance establishment until the 1980’s but then changed to milk and alcohol. Regular music events are held throughout the year.
